Fisher’s Popcorn chooses Frankford as site of $4.85M expansion
Fisher’s Popcorn, a Delaware beach resort business for 40 years, has chosen a 17-acre site in Frankford for a $4.85 million facility that will more than quadruple space for its manufacturing and wholesale operations. Located on Delaware Route 20 just off the U.S. Route 113 corridor, the new location will provide almost 10,000 square feet of space for the company to add major equipment, increase production capacity many times over, and nearly double its staff from 22 to 42 employees over the next three years.
