Cancer Support Community Delaware (CSCDE) announces 16th Wings of Hope: A Butterfly Release
Milton, DE — [June 13th, 2026] — Cancer Support Community Delaware (CSCDE) is proud to announce its upcoming 16th Wings of Hope: A Butterfly Release event, a meaningful and uplifting gathering dedicated to honoring individuals and families affected by cancer while raising critical funds to ensure no one faces cancer alone. This event will take place from 9:00AM to 12:00PM at Milton Memorial Park, highlighted by a live butterfly release in honor or memory of those who have been affected by cancer.
Wings of Hope brings together survivors, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community supporters for a day of inspiration, remembrance, and hope. This is a free community event, but attendees can purchase butterflies to release while their loved ones’ names are being read. Commemorative event tee shirts will also be available for purchase to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Cancer Support Community Delaware as an organization.
Wings of Hope will also include various vendors from the community, children’s activities, facepainting, plant sales provided by local garden centers and a chance raffle.
