On Friday, March 16, the Mark Fritschle Group Condominium Realty, LTD celebrated the grand opening of its FenwickIsland Location by hosting a ceremonial ribbon cutting with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce. The celebration included a crowd of friends, family, clients, and Chamber members, with a lunch spread, catered by Surfs Edge Deli & Pizzeria.

The Fenwick Island location is the groups second office, and first in Delaware. The Mark Fritschle Group is a family owned and operated real estate company, dedicated to the local market.

“This was a dream that Mark and I shared together. Our company has represented the area for many years and I am extremely excited to have an office in Delaware,” says Lora Fritschle.
