Sales Associate Chelsea Brown has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty’s Bethany Beach office. A true beach girl at heart, Brown grew up in nearby Ocean City, Md., and graduated from Flagler College in the coastal city of St. Augustine, Fla.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and experience derived from her former position as a real estate marketing manager, Brown brings unique insight and talent to her new position as a sales associate at BHHS Gallo Realty. In servicing sellers, her marketing knowledge and strategies produce results; when assisting buyers, her intuitive communication skills allow her to determine true wants and needs in finding the perfect property.

“Cliche perhaps, but I’m a real ‘people person;’ I love getting to know people, and I’m so excited to share everything that I love about this community with my clients and customers,” said Brown.

“In my 4 years here, I’ve discovered and adore so many things about Bethany Beach, mainly the great outdoor activities like paddleboarding, biking, boating, and the gorgeous beaches, of course. I’m also eager to introduce my clients to our colorful local history, wonderful shopping and restaurants, and the truly welcoming small-town atmosphere here at the beach,” she added.

When choosing to make the switch from real estate marketing to real estate sales, Brown was anxious to find the perfect fit and was especially excited to be joining BHHS Gallo Realty.
