Owedyk, who was born in Poland, first came to Rehoboth Beach in 2004 as part of a student work-and-travel exchange program. She came back in 2006 and decided to stay and make coastal Sussex County her home.

Owedyk, who has earned a Bachelor of Science in 2004 and Master of Science in 2006 from schools in Poland and her REALTOR’s license in 2015, accumulated over $1 million in sales in her first year of operating as a licensed real estate agent.
