Sales Associate David T. King has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty in their Rehoboth Beach office.

A native of Sussex County, DE, David spent his summers atop our iconic white beach stands as a Rehoboth Beach lifeguard.  After graduating from Valley Forge Military Academy and studying at the University of Delaware, David moved to New York City where he resided for 21 years. David honed his real estate proficiency in the competitive commercial/retail leasing industry in Manhattan.  He relocated back to his hometown, Rehoboth Beach in 2005 and became a full-time, full-service Delaware REALTOR.

Residing in quaint north Rehoboth Beach, David’s real estate credo has been built around developing lasting professional relationships with his neighbors, friends, customers and clients.  “My motto is “List With Results”, but the means to that end lies in my dedication to customer service, strong work ethic and high professional standards”, noted David.  “I look forward to continuing to serve my clients and customers in their quest for luxury homes and community development,” added David.
