It was a great honor for Evergreene Homes to host talented local artists, Cheryl Wisbrock and Ellen Rice, at the Tidal Walk Community in Ocean View Delaware this past weekend. Attendees of the Bethany Beach Art Festival on the boardwalk were each invited to a Meet-the-Artist Cocktail Party in the Sandpiper Model which offered a luxurious background to converse and experience the artists’ works. These artists have been a chosen to produce signature pieces for Beebe Healthcare’s new South Coastal Cancer Center, opening next Summer in Millville. Every room in the three story home was filled with the happy din of conversation and laughter, as the event featured six stunning pieces from each artist, delicious food and drink, Evergreene’s signature coastal style and decor, and a beautiful gathering of the local community in this brand new beach neighborhood.

“Everyone loved the model home, the artists had so many followers, and it was just a great atmosphere,” said one of the event attendees. “It was a WOW!”

Evergreene Homes is proud to have been a partner in this event and looks forward to the completion of Beebe’s new facility, making the Delaware Beaches an even happier and healthier place to vacation and live. Tidal Walk community by Evergreene is now selling luxury coastal homes less than one mile from the beach starting in the $400’s.
