What can the Chamber do for you?
The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce refers our member businesses thousands of times throughout the year. As a member, you will directly benefit from these potential new customers. By placing the Chamber window decal on your door or window or our logo on your website, customers can see that they are visiting a reputable member of the business community.
Chamber members have a better connection to the community because they are connected to each other. The Chamber provides almost 50 networking opportunities a year through our monthly Business After Hours, Membership Meetings, Membership 101 workshops, Connect 4 Coffee, and many more.
You don’t have time to research all the issues and trends that will affect your business. Chamber membership provides you the freedom to focus on your business while we liaison with local governments to advocate for your interests. This means working with local municipalities, county and state government so that business and community interests align. When an issue arises that may affect small businesses the chamber will communicate with members. Receive regular updates through the monthly chamber newsletter Currents and weekly e-mail blasts on time sensitive issues concerning events, legislative updates, and member only opportunities.
Take full advantage of free publicity that only chamber members receive. Exclusive benefits like ribbon cutting ceremonies, newsletter promotions, enhanced web listings and links, business spotlight tables, and print listings in the Quiet Resorts Visitor & Business Guide are features of membership. Our website received more than 68,000 unique visitors last year and only Chamber members are promoted and referred in our Information Center which is open year-round.
Participate in a variety of programs that can help save your business money: Chamber Perks (Member-2-Member discounts), use of the chamber conference room, credit card processing, special rates for workers’ compensation, electricity cooperative, and small group health insurance are just to name a few.
