SPN Title Services Opens Office in Bethany Beach

On Friday, December 1st, SPN Title Services celebrated the opening of its new location in Bethany Beach by cutting a ceremonial ribbon with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce. The celebration was complete with a beautiful breakfast spread, featuring an edible arrangement of fresh fruit, baked goods, coffee and mimosas.

Attorneys at SPN Title Services conduct residential and commercial closings in both Delaware and Maryland. Additionally, SPN’s attorneys are certified to teach continuing education to realtors in the State of Delaware.
