The grand opening celebration will take place from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. with a ribbon cutting around 3:30 p.m. on July 29^th at the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce at 36913 Coastal Highway, Fenwick Island, Del.
