Reffner has been a licensed real estate agent for over 16 years, having started his career in central Pennsylvania. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a masters degree in Education. As a teacher, he focused on teaching Spanish.

When presented with an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry, Reffner met the challenge with enthusiasm.
